SOUND BATH SESSIONS

  • Experience a personalized sound bath session, offered virtually or in-person, designed to support deep energetic clearing and nervous system optimization; the process of enhancing how the brain and body communicate to improve physical performance, cognitive function, and emotional resilience. With the use of grounding and breathwork techniques, intention setting, and guided visualizations, you'll journey into a restorative state where healing and reconnection to self can naturally unfold.

    • By selecting an individual session, you are giving me permission to journey through your auric layers and bioelectric magnetic field, to deepen my understanding of your body & soul’s current needs to attain harmony and balance. I will be connecting with your guides, healing team, and council to channel the necessary frequencies to align you with your highest available timeline and reality, while balancing the chakra system and the organ systems connected to each chakra center. 

    • We begin with grounding and energetic stabilization, deepening your relaxation, and filtering the mind while we drop into your body. Physiologically, we will be shifting your brain waves from Beta (waking state) Waves to Alpha (calm state) and Theta (deep meditative state) Waves. This will begin the nervous system’s transition into a parasympathetic state (rest & digest). Energetic Meridians begin to awaken and open up, vibrations stimulate cellular movement and regeneration, blood and oxygen begin moving throughout the whole body, opening up the tissues and muscles and providing nourishment to the body’s Fascia (connective tissue). Emotions begin to express and release as your body finds flow. In the clearing and releasing, you may find yourself in a deep meditative state where you may begin to connect with your soul essence and receive downloads and messages that your guides want to communicate with you. 

    • Sound Healing may also result in a natural reduction in pain and inflammation for short and long term injuries, balance cortisol levels, aid body tension, and improve sleep.

  • Gather in community for a transformative group sound bath experience, offered in- person or virtually, where collective energy amplifies healing and alignment. Sessions can be booked for intimate gatherings in your home or chosen setting, as well as for employers, workplaces, or local yoga studios for employee staff wellness programs. Each experience includes grounding, intention setting, and guided visualizations to support each participant’s journey to their center. Collective and Individual healing will be occurring to promote deep connection for a shared goal or mission. I will be receiving information for individuals and the collective group to integrate after the session. I share all insights that I receive and offer mentorship for anyone interested in diving deeper.

In these four personalized, 1-hour sessions (held weekly in person, virtually, or by phone), we’ll work across physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual layers using intuitive guidance, energy healing, lightwork, intention setting, and somatic awareness. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan that includes goal setting, reflection, and check-ins to support your unique journey. This mentorship is designed to help you align with the frequency of what you truly seek in life — whether that's clarity, vitality, peace, or purpose — and to uncover the roots of misalignment so we can navigate the path forward, together.

  • This one-time 30-minute session offers quick, focused support when you need clarity, grounding, or energetic guidance. Using intuitive insight, spiritual perspective, and practical tools, we’ll explore whatever’s most present for you — whether it’s emotional overwhelm, decision-making, or spiritual disconnection. Sessions are held virtually or by phone and are perfect for check-ins, alignment support, or energetic resets.
