Services Provided: Holistic Wellness Services including Sound Bath Sessions, Spiritual Mentorship, Energy Healing, Intuitive Coaching, and related integrative offerings.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or participating in any service offered by Remembering Roots, LLC, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of Services

All services offered by Remembering Roots, LLC are holistic, spiritual, and intuitive in nature. They are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. Although the owner holds degrees and experience in psychology and human behavior, services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services immediately.

3. Eligibility

Clients must be 18 years or older, or have written consent from a parent or legal guardian to participate in services.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

  • All payments are due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Payment plans (if applicable) must be honored according to the agreed schedule.

  • No refunds will be issued for completed services.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee up to 100% of the service cost. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of the practitioner.

5. Confidentiality

All sessions are held in strict confidence. Your personal information, session content, and contact details will not be shared with third parties unless legally required by law (e.g., threat of harm, abuse, or court order).

6. Liability Waiver

By participating in services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health and well-being and that you voluntarily assume all risks related to participation in services offered by Remembering Roots, LLC.

You agree to release, waive, and discharge Remembering Roots, LLC and Jordyn Martin from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from participation in services, whether virtual or in person.

7. Service Location & Jurisdiction

Remembering Roots, LLC is registered to operate in Ohio and Florida, and services are governed under the laws of both states. By using these services, you agree that any legal disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of these jurisdictions.

8. Technology Disclaimer

For virtual services, clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet or phone connection. Remembering Roots, LLC is not responsible for interruptions due to technology or software issues beyond our control.

9. Modifications to Services or Terms

Remembering Roots, LLC reserves the right to modify services, pricing, or these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
