My Journey

Hello Beautiful Soul. My name is Jordyn and I am the founder of Remembering Roots, LLC. I am a Holistic Practitioner with a background in Psychology, Human Behavior, Energy Healing, and Lightwork. I integrate different healing modalities to empower others on their healing journeys and raise the frequencies of Mother Earth, Sophia Gaia.

I’ve always known that I was deeply attuned to the emotions and energy of those around me. From a young age, I could feel that the love I carried wasn’t ordinary; it was a deep, compassionate presence meant to be in service to others. My soul has always been drawn to creating spaces where people feel safe, seen, and truly at rest.

Driven by a desire to understand the human experience more deeply, I studied psychology and human behavior earning my Bachelors of Arts (BA) in General Psychology with a Minor in Communication Studies and eventually my Master’s in School Psychology and my Education Specialist Degree. My passion for supporting children and teaching my community led me into the field of Education.

But my real initiation began four years ago, during a personal healing crisis. After being misdiagnosed, I realized that my mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical bodies were deeply out of alignment. Something in me knew the truth went far beyond a label—what I needed wasn’t just treatment, it was transformation.

This awakening led me into the world of holistic healing. I spent four years immersed in transformative breathwork, training and healing alongside spiritual coaches and mentors. I eventually stepped into the role of teacher, co-leading courses designed to help others heal, awaken their ability to channel, access their gifts, and reconnect to the truth of who they are.

Today, I continue to teach and facilitate spiritual mentoring sessions and classes. My mission is to help others remember the miracle of their body, access the innate wisdom it holds, and awaken the soul within. I guide others to trust their own intuition, to honor their inner knowing, and to discern what truly supports their healing—body, mind, and spirit.

I believe we are all here to remember. And it’s my honor to walk beside those ready to come home to themselves.

I’m honored to be part of the New World Harmony Global Light Initiative, a sacred movement devoted to guiding humanity into 4th Density and 5th Dimensional living through unity, light, and soul-aligned collaboration. As one of the Inaugural Light Council of 7, I’ve completed a powerful initiation in advanced spiritual mentorship and now stand in service as a steward of this high-frequency global mission.
